Hungarian warehouse developer Faedra Group is to launch two new developments in South Buda (Budapest XII) this autumn.
The two projects, which are to be built in a combined investment of EUR 23 mln, will be situated off the junction of the M0 and M6 motorways about 13 km south of the city centre. These will be Faedra Business Park (9,300 sqm), due to be completed in Q2 2025, and in the following quarter, Faedra City (12,000 sqm).
